Reservation with check-in prior to 10.00 AM, are held from the previous evening & are billed for from the previous evening itself. In the absence of flight/train arrival details reservations will be deemed as guaranteed up to 1500hrs only. However a credit & guarantee or billing letter your reservation is held on a definite basis up to your actual time of check-in on the day of the reservation.

Check-in / Check-out Policy

Cancellation policy

One night retention will be charged on all no shows, cancellations within 24hrs of the check-in.

• Also be informed that cancellation has to be made through FAX or on the corresponding email id reservations@fatimapalace.com only, otherwise no cancellation will be entertained.
• We do not cancellation over phone.
